SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods, holidays or due to product availability.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard U.S. shipping is $7.99 USD. Orders of $99 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier conditions and product availability.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and supporting photos when applicable so we can help investigate. Carrier delays outside our control are not guaranteed, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
